Penny Cookson
Penny is the founder and general manager of SAGE Computing Services. Penny likes nothing more
than tuning a badly written SQL query, teaching the latest Oracle concepts, presenting at user
group events and bossing her team about.
Penny is well known in the Australian Oracle community and the Australian Oracle User Group (AUSOUG) scene,
was awarded lifetime membership in 2003 in recognition for her efforts, has won numerous conference best papers prizes, is an Oracle ACE and was
awarded the
Oracle Educator of the Year
by Oracle Magazine in 2004.

Eddie Harris
Eddie who's well versed in the latest web technologies is always laughing at the rest of us old timers raving on about the good ol' days
of Oracle when the database didn't have foreign keys, and Oracle Forms character mode was all the rage.
Today Eddie will happily work with the traditional Oracle core technology development tools such as
Oracle Forms, but his heart is with the cutting edge areas of JDeveloper and Application Express. In his relatively short career, Eddie has been published in AUSOUG's Foresight magazine, has become an expert at building Apex systems that look like real applications, and was once referred to by a client as "every mother's dream".

Kate Marshall
Like most of our staff, since 1999, Kate has specialised and become an expert in the Oracle toolset,
subsequently becoming a Systems Consultant of choice by our many clients.
Kate's business system expertise ranges
from small and large government sites through commercial organisations, leveraging such Oracle tools as the traditional Oracle Developer Suite,
SQL, PL/SQL and Discoverer. Kate's technical confidence and knowledge is so sound, that Kate frequently teaches Oracle training courses around
Australia for us.
Kate has also recently presented at the AUSOUG National Conference in 2005 and 2006, showing our real system
development experience with "Oracle Applications From the Back of a Ute", and a detailed SQL Developer masterclass.

Chris Muir
Chris after many years as a contractor for SAGE has finally joined the ranks
as a fulltime employee in 2007. With over 10 years experience working in the traditional Oracle development arena,
Chris has more recently earned battle scars working, training and promoting JDeveloper and ADF.
Chris is a
frequent presenter on Java and JDeveloper on the Australian Oracle User Group (AUSOUG) scene. Oracle also awarded
him the coveted
Oracle Ace Directory
award in 2007 thanks to his ongoing work in promoting Oracle technologies in Australia.
Somehow he even finds time to blog about his Oracle experiences.

Branka Njegich
Interested in all things Oracle, Branka joined the WA AUSOUG committee taking an active role and holding many positions such as secretary, vice
president and more recently as the WA president. Her skills at organising everything from a breakfast meeting to a conference are legendary.
This year Branka has finally taken a step back after liaising with many industry
and committee heads around Australia, and is still working in what she is known for best, as a Oracle systems consultant in the WA building
industry.

Ray Tindall
Ray has been with SAGE as a systems consultant (and self proclaimed resident propeller head) since January 1999. With
SAGE he has been ever busy with a variety of Oracle projects in Australia including Oracle Portal, JDeveloper, Designer
and the Oracle Developer suite.
In addition Ray has special expertise in installing, configuring and giving a good old
kick to Oracle Application Server. If we have an OAS problem to solve, Ray's who we ring.
Scott Wesley
Right from the start Scott caught our eye because on his own initiative he presented at the
user group on what he's passionate about, Oracle. Scott is keenly interested in sharing
knowledge on under-utilised database level functionality.
As an analyst programming with experience in retail, government and financial applications, Scott has actively
researched cutting edge technologies from the Oracle product range. This includes working on one
of Australia's first production implementations of Oracle Internet Directory, integrating Single Sign-On
and Oracle Portal and two E-Business Suite applications using Oracle's Early Adopter Program.
